Applivery Terms of Use

These terms apply to Applivery, the Android app (package livery.app) made by Livery. By using Applivery you agree to them. How we handle data is in the Applivery Privacy Policy.

What Applivery is

A design tool. It reads apps installed on your phone (their colours, type, icons, images, screens and motion) and turns them into a design kit you can study or hand to a coding agent. Applivery is free to download and use.

Your use

• Use Applivery for learning, reference and your own design work, and follow the law where you live.
• The apps you read belong to their makers. A kit describes another app's design and may contain its images, icons and fonts: use those for personal study, and get the owner's permission before using their brand, artwork, fonts or copy in your own product.
• Don't use Applivery to break the security of other apps, to read apps you have no right to use, or to copy apps to pass them off as your own.
• Walk through apps that show other people's personal information only where you are allowed to; recordings stay on your phone, and you are responsible for what you share.

Your account

• An account is optional. It is needed only to share kits, like them or send them to Figma.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or on the web.

Kits you share

• You keep any rights you have in what you share. You give Livery permission to store, display and distribute shared kits in Explore so others can see and download them.
• Share only what you are allowed to share. Don't share kits containing personal information, offensive material, or anything that infringes others' rights.
• We may hide or remove shared kits that break these terms or that a rights holder asks us to remove. Rights holders can use the takedown page.

Our side

• Applivery is provided as it is. Measurements are made automatically and may be incomplete or inexact; check them before relying on them.
• We may change, pause or end features. We will keep the parts of Applivery that work on your phone working for kits already on it as far as we reasonably can.
• To the extent the law allows, Livery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using Applivery.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we update this page and its date. Continuing to use Applivery after a change means you accept the new terms.
