Owll connects to Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. When a scheduled meeting starts, Owll sends a bot participant that requests admission to your Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet session.

No installation is required for Zoom or Teams. Owll joins as a standard bot participant — other meeting attendees use their normal Zoom or Teams apps without any changes.

Yes. You can exclude specific meetings from Owll recording via the dashboard, or set Owll to only record meetings you manually select.
